Fix the special buildings menu

The game has a small but frequently problematic issue with the menu to purchase specialist buildings. It gives you no prompt before buying the building, which has caused me to accidentally spend all my money on a building I dont even want on several separate occasions. This could be easily fixed by creating a menu prompt asking "would you like to buy/upgrade this specialist building?" Until this is fixed I cant give the game 5 stars.
